Just a quick thought. What are you doing right now? Are you a selfish person who thinks only of themselves? Are you constantly worried about me, me, me, I, I, I? Or do you think of others first and yourself second? These are things you need to be pondering. Because I am telling you that being there for others is the most important thing you can do in your life. Life is not about stuff and how much you can accumulate. It isn't about stature or position. It's about each other, you know, your fellow humans. Starting with your family and friends. If you focus on them, maybe they will focus on you. And then you start a cycle of caring for each other. And in that way, we are all taken care of and don't have to constantly ask ourselves, "but what about me?"
