Prying against the tourniquet bite
Crimson splashes speckle the floor
Slowly weeping out along the gashes
Once rose colored and warm lips
Frost over a frozen blue
Now cold against the rising sunlight
Light fades as the sun rises
Thickening pools upon the ground
Gleam brightly at my feet
Deafening silence now rings in my ears
Whispers now of some far off screaming
