I lost my mom in October of last year. She was my other half, we were as close as two people can be. We talked every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and her death was very sudden and totally unexpected.
This is a personal mumm so please no rude or as*hole remarks. I legitimately want to know where people with the same loss have gone for help. I'm incredibly depressed and instead of it getting better with time it's getting worse. I don't want this to define my life. I feel more and more loss when I think about my mom not being here for all my milestones, like graduating college, getting married, having kids, ect. Our health insurance sucks and I can't afford a therapist. I'm not religious and seriously am tired of hearing "she's in God's hands" so I think a priest or bishop is out.
