Ok I am sure a couple of you are wondering where the heck have I been for so long. It has been really insane around here lately and there has been a couple of things going on.
1)A little background first. My hubby had 3 kids from his first marriage but lost contact almost 20 years ago when his ex wife moved the kids and wouldnt tell him where they were. He went to pick them up for his weekly visistation and they were gone and the house wwas empty. he tried looking for them but no one would tell him anything and the child support could NOT tell him because of the child protection laws. Well a few weeks ago I got a letter in the mail from a woman who was looking for her husband's father. It was confirmedshortly after that that this was in fact my hubby's oldest son from his first marriage. They had been looking for him for years. We are currently planning a BIG reunion between father and son and now grandkids too!!!
2)I have been trying to start my own business. I do professional resume writing and have been trying to get a website together and some marketing strategies going. As well as trying to actually get some resumes written.
3)We he also been tossing the idea around of buying a horse. So I have been having to do alot of research on boarding, furriers, vets, feed,etc.... BUT I decided this morning that right now is not the right time to take on such an endeavor with everything else that is going on so maybe in the spring of next year I will revisit the idea of buying a horse.
4)The holidays are upon us!!! Got Thanksgiving dinner to plan and got get the house cleaned up for company. We got Christmas stuff to do(putting the tree up, decorating, gift buying and wrapping. GRRRRRR!!! Tell me when the new year gets here so I can rest LOL
