hey ya'll ...haven't been around much but just to let ya know been going another round with the docs. doing spinal epi's to try and gain some sort of relief from constant pain.....so far ain't cutting it lol. start on some water therapy tomorrow also yaaaaaaaahhh . hope something good comes from all this bs but not having an overwhelming spurt of faith in any of it . well thats it in a nutshell ....hope you all are doing well and i'll be in and out as i can..... later ya'll

been a really shitty day......got word from gov. they screwing me again on my disability . freakin tired of playing games with these people. hope they have a need for their service someday and they get fucked as bad as they screwing with me and my family. ok now that i've bitched some gonna go pout lol ya'll have a better day than me

just felt an impulse the other day....young man in army airborne uniform was waiting at bus stop..... felt the impulse to shake his hand and thank him for his time and efforts being in the military. knew i would've appreciated it when i was in. do our troops a favor if ya run across one in your daily lives give 'em a pat on the back , let 'em know your are there to support them.
just got back from cardiologist AGAIN ....stress test last week showed 'em nothing AGAIN ....doing another heart cath tomorrow morning AGAIN ....this is really starting to suck big time .......AGAIN
