For those of you that work out but aint done it in a while...dont stop...LMAO. I went back to the gym after a looong layoff...I am going to hurt like nobody's business tomorrow...lol. I think I will lie down on the couch until this feeling of getting in shape passes.....:-o LMAO...not

OK...for those of you who might be questioning the surgery....no, it was not to attach my balls back to my body, nor was it brain surgery (although I have argued w/ myself a number of times to kick the habit...). It was shoulder surgery due to too many dislocations. Now..the million dollar question...do I get back on?? Mebbe I oughta put up a poll....LMAO
