I uploaded this restart i still get it.I hadto disable to get in.

Follow the red link to Adobe's Homepage and install the newest version of THE FREE Adobe Flash Player and restart your web browser. It should only take a few minutes. If it asks you to pay for something, you can't follow directions and you're installing the wrong thing.
