12/21/2007 On CTC at Home Dear Readers; This is quite a long newsletter because this may be one of the LAST FREE newsletter to reach your mailbox. Note if you can not see the pictures go to http://www.drturi.com/newsletter/ First make sure to realize that I do understand and respect anyone's religious or political views and I also understand what makes people tic. The beauty of being a human being is that we are ALL so different and perceive our reality through our natal UCI (Unique Celestial Identity). Of course with 99% of the people walking this earth not having "Cosmic Consciousness" and unable to correctly auto analyze "thou self".... misunderstandings, conflicts, and wars can only become the bitter end. The strongest basis to your inner fears is produced by a planet called Saturn "the great malefic" including the location or your natal or hidden dragon in your natal chart. While each planet resides in one of the 12th houses (or departments of the human experiences) the energy produced has a very specific purpose. The planet itself is neither positive nor negative but both and based upon your experiences the best or the worse of its power will be experienced in the subject's life. So what makes a person very religious? Let's say someone was born with a badly affected (negative) Neptune (deception/drugs/religions/guilt) and the soul is brought up with religious fears the worse of this planet will manifest itself in the life of the subject. Because the planet Neptune is nebulous in nature, addictions, confusion, jail time, and finally suicide is often the result. If the planet is allowed its best values and the soul is raised with love, compassion and security, the best of Neptune's expressions will occur. Neptune rules Pisces and this sign rules imagination, creativity, the arts etc. Now the choice is yours, with the fishes you can only swim upstream (positive) or downstream (negative) and sink into the deceiving quick sands of Neptune where there is NO return. The same apply for the planet Pluto (life and death) and its incredible energy. A badly aspected Pluto or a natal or hidden Dragon in Scorpio will produce a terrorist, a serial killer or a jealous husband born with the potential to kill his family and swallow a bullet himself. Left uncontrolled this planet and sign is the perfect recipe for total disaster especially for the "The Death Wish Generation" children born with Pluto in Scorpio. People affected negatively by Pluto carry deep fears of losing power and investigate any form of governmental conspiracy. They perceive the government as "the enemy" slowly taking away their freedom. Thus regardless of your reasons or the topic of your investigations you can be SURE you inherited this affliction. Again unless one take the time to build "Cosmic Consciousness" it is practically IMPOSSIBLE for the young soul to remotely comprehend and acknowledge his behavior. Uranus could also be afflicted and now fear of technology, flying New Age, UFO or expanding the mind outside of religion become a problem. I had myself 4 solid UFO experiences and I know for a fact that extraterrestrials are VERY REAL! Again I do not deny the fact that conspiracy has always been a part of the government and the Vatican's manipulative ways. But you know my position with ALL religion and politics and after watching this video realize that Christianity has already monopolized the world. But is it OK for YOUR religion to expand and globalize? Imagine a video on 'you tube' doing the same thing but with religion? Your fears may not be there so it is either accepted or ignored. Religions were "allowed" through the Age of Pisces to grow to such a dimension and "rule" the idling minds of lost souls. The "Universal Code" timing was endorsing and supporting Neptune's deceiving teachings. I have written over and over again that the New Age of Aquarius' purpose is to UNIFY the world and whether you like it or not the Internet (a positive Aquarius manifestation) is global. How can anyone stop progress? Life is a constant process of changes and Aquarius has already started his mission for humankind. Sad enough the "Age of Aquarius" like the " Age of Pisces" has also is dirty branches and has breed "Scientology" and a myriad of New Age organizations that have absolutely NO CLUE of the working of the Universal Code. And this is where you must be careful not to "sign up" like many lost famous people to an Aquarius negative manifesto. The traps are endless for the desperate souls in need of spiritual regeneration and the truth ; but again, you only have your experiences, your education, and your UCI to deal with your existence. On the other hand, a positive Plutonic manifestation will breed an excellent investigator, a fine doctor, a superior investor, an efficient FBI/CIA agent, a first-class cop and the ability to correctly assess its own personality, motives, and drive. Sad enough the police Academy like all governmental endeavors are NOT yet aware of the incredible power of this planet and its direct connection with their dangerous, secretive endeavors. It works quite well as legend." Indeed as predicted the sign of Pisces (religion) collapsing on its own self and I can only admire this guy for his common sense and honesty. In 2007 many souls have had to endure drastic psychological and physical changes. I must admit that the Dragon passage through any sign and house, or its location at birth, will always bring an incredible positive or negative energy to that area and will induce the badly needed changes. The Dragon took two very close friends away from me in 2007 and like you I am not immune from its power and I suffered the losses terribly.
