ok it's about time i put one of these up. most of ya'll know how i am and what kind of person i am. those that don't...pay close attention.
i am a very laid back kind of guy, and i will give everyone a chance. i don't play around with bs and i take care of mine. i have stood up for my staff members always and will continue to do so...with that bein said.
my expections:
Greeters: your job is to greet people as they come into the lounge. no matter whether you know them or not.get them involved in convos...help them feel at home.
Head Greeters:make sure the greeters are doin their jobs...and greeting as well.if you know of people you'd like to have as a greeter. you have the liberty of bringing that person in.
Promoters: your job is to bring people in anyway you know how. bully's,personal (hit them up in sb),advertise...tell them what we are like and see if they want to be a part of it.
Head Promoters: same as promoters...but also to make sure they are doin their part. you are also at liberty to bring in more promoters if you feel the need.
Enforcers: your job is to keep the peace.EVERYONE gets treated fairly and with RESPECT. when someone is out of line...take care of it.silence someone that is being bothersome...but tell them you did and why.give them a time limit...lift the silenced...if they continue...eject....they come back after bein ejected bein the same way...ban. BLATANT DISRESPECT IS INSTANT BAN...NO QUESTIONS.
Head Enforcer: same as enforcer but you are to make sure they are doin their job. you are aty liberty to bring in more enforcers if you feel it neccessary.
ASST MGR: your job is to make sure the deprtment heads are doin their jobs and assisting the mgr with whatever they ask.YOU ARE THE ONE IN CHARGE IN THE ABSENCE OF THE MGR AND MYSELF.
MGR: YOU ARE IN CHARGE IN MY ABSENCE...MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY...KEEPING EVERYTHING IN LINE AND ALL RULES ARE BEIN FOLLOWED BY EVERYONE.
NOW THESE POSITIONS ARE NOT TO BE DONE IN A HARSH FASHION UNLESS CALLED TO DO SO. I WILL NOT HAVE PEOPLE IN THESE POSITIONS THAT ARE ONLY GOING TO DO THEM WHEN I AM AROUND AND THAN CHANGE IT UP WHEN I AM NOT. I DO NOT ACT THAT WAY TOWARDS YOU...THERE FOR DO NOT DO THAT TO ME.EVERY 2 WEEKS WE WILL HAVE A STAFF MEETING TO HIGHLIGHT HOW WE HAVE DONE. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT LET SOMEONE KNOW. AND WE WILL MAKE SURE TO GET YOU UP TO SPEED. THIS IS A GOOD LOUNGE AND PEOPLE LIKE TO COME IN HERE FOR A REASON...THAT IS WHAT I WILL CONTINUE DOING...EVEN IF I HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF.I APPRECIATE EVERYONE AND I AM WILLING TO GIVE EVERYONE A CHANCE.BUT IF YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB IN MY EYES...I WILL REPLACE YOU.NO HARD FEELINGS,NO GRUDGES WILL BE HAD,BUT I WANT A GOOD RUNNING LOUNGE...THIS IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. ALL STAFF ARE TO COMMENT THAT IT HAS BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD. TY. I LOVE YOU GUYS AND LETS RAWK THE FU WITH OUR CARING FAMILY.
