1) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED!We will not put up with any drama from anyone. There will be no exceptions to this rule!

3) There will be no entering contest without asking first to make sure we can give you all the support you need.If you do you may be on your own.
4) All newbies will go through Founder or Co-Founder No exceptions.
5) We will level anyone with 15,000 points or fewer as long as they have plenty of stash and pics. Please do not come to us for help with more than that with few pics and stash. We will level during HH only. Any other time is for you to do what you want to do! After leveling please leave a message so we know who helped out.
6) Most Importantly: Keep up to date with our blogs as they will always have information for you to keep up with. HAVE FUN!
7.) All members will be added ,rate profile and fanned by all members , no exceptions to this rule!
8.Add family name ©lûb F®ât to your nickname so all knows you are apart of family.
9.Frat members inactive for more then two weeks without a reason,(vacation,sick,computer issues etc)who sign on and no activity with group will be removed without notice.Rules are posted,letters sent enough that this shouldn't be happening.
10 Member love day.....this is where we all rate a family member no matter what points they have just so everyone gets rates in family. We will try to pick a folder and everyone rates that folder in family that day.We have been doing love week which has been going wed to wed for active members in all family activity.

13. 3 of us can sign in to home page which is a site for all of us to keep up on info pics etc.....pics are for member only to copy(not rip) to help you have pics to rate and member tags :)
14.All family members of frat are listed in family on frat home page. We add all members to family list so you know who is in frat and who isn't.
15.Frats pics can be copied plez no ripped so you get points.This is a home page for family members.We work hard to give you extra stuff to add and update all.Some real graphic pics you may have to rip but hopefully you can copy what you like too.
16.No new members will join and have clubs support
in a contest.We tried this and it just don't work.You need to be an active member before we support any family member in a contest.(Give and you shall receive)
