I would like to take the opportunity to share the inspiration of this page. It was late one night and was alone in a hotel room in Gila Bend Arizona. Most people never heard of that place unless you watch the weather channel. It is the hottest place in the US. Well there I am in this towm of 1700 people to visit my father that is ill from cancer.
Thank god for wifi internet access at least i could surf the net. Went to Fubar as usuall and was talking to one of my dearest friends. She was so upset becuase of the unfortunate loss of her daughter. She asked to call me. God she loves the phone. I do not and usually get yelled at for not answering said to her please do call.
We talked and shared the stories of family members. How much we missed them. Thought it would be great to do something in honor for them. With tears in my eyes we discussed making a tribute page. Wow it was 1 or 2 in the morning and it sounds like a great idea. Well the next morning comes and life goes on. Finish my visit with my father and head home to Fla.
About a month goes by and my Fathers health takes a turn for the worst. So here I go back to this small town of 1700 people. This time I am there knowing its the last time that I will be visiting with him.
Once again speaking with my close friend we are discussing what is going through our minds. Well we helped each other as any only friend could dp. She logged off and I remembered the tribute page we talked about. Well now it felt right.
That night this page was born. With all the love and support from our friends we hope that this will be a safe haven to share your thoughts.
Both PJ and myself are here for all of our friends and family. This page is in tribute to all of our loved one and your additions to this page is what is going to make it special.
