In the last couple of years I've really put on some weight.
Starting Dec 1st I'm going on a diet in hopes of losing 2 pant sizes. I am currently a 34 and I want to drop back down to a 32 and lose this spare tire around my belly.
I'm not really in bad shape because of my activity level, but I drink entirely too much pop and eat a lot of junk food.
I'm cutting out the pop entirely and swtiching to a low calorie diet.
I'm going to take some before pics on Dec 1st when I start the diet.
