HELLO WELL IT IS WEEK 6 AND IM DOING GREAT I HAVE LOST 5 POUNDS SO FAR THIS WEEK WHICH MEANS IM DOWN 61 POUNDS I AM NOW BACK TO NORMAL FOODS AS LONG AS THERE IS NO ADDED SUGAR IN THEM I AM WORKING OUT TRYIG TO TONE EVERYTHING UP SO HOPE FULLY I WANT HAVE TO HAVE A TUMMY TUCK OR ARMS AND LEGS DONE I AM EXCITED I WENT DOWN A PANTS SIZE ALL MY CLOTHES ARE GETTING BIG ON ME ITS A GREAT FEELING THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT
