We would all be a lot better off if people weren't so damn immature when it comes to sex. Think of how much happier everyone would be with a little casual fucking in their lives. It doesn't happen nearly enough. I'm not talking about going out, getting wasted and grabbing the easiest/ugliest thing you can find at a bar and taking it home with you. I'm talking about friends fucking. What ever happened to the fuck buddy?
Does this even really exist? Are there people whose sole interaction is to show up at one another's apartments, rail the crap out of each other, and take off without exchanging any pleasantries? Maybe some have it so lucky, but it's a rarer commodity than it should be. Why is this? Because women can't have sex without getting attached. It's a scientific fact.
My view of sex is a little more raw than most; but I really think you have to look at it for what it is: the most primal and basic of human urges. We need to be having sex. We have to be having sex. Carnality is part of who we are, despite centuries of puritan oppression.
Think about how great it would be if you could just call one of your female friends over for no-strings-attached full-on fucking. You know you're already attracted to your female friends; the only reason you're friends with them in the first place is the hope that one day the two of you will get so smashed that you'll end up in bed together. And imagine your female friend could come over, fuck you, and not give a shit! You could boot her out of your apartment, go back to watching TV or doing the crossword, and she can go home and fantasize about Jason from "Laguna Beach."* Not only is there no clinging, but you don't even have to share your bed! The bed is all yours! Whoever came up with the idea that two people can comfortably share a bed clearly didn't possess arms or legs.
Why is there such a disconnect between men and women when it comes to having sex? We don't fall hopelessly in love with everyone we fuck, nor do we need to delude ourselves into thinking we're in love with you to sleep with you. I bet there are women out there who are just as into fucking as guys, but are too afraid to say it or do anything about it for fear of being labeled a strumpet or whore. Well, I say we need a new women's movement right now for 2005, and first and foremost on the road to female empowerment is the proverbial unshackling of the vagina.
