| My neighbor seemed nice when we first moved here. then for no reason he starts yelling at us daily, beating on his house, cussing us. He then threatens to shoot us, we file a police report. take him to court, he gets put on probation and has a restraining order placed on him. while on probation and with the restraining order, he threatens sexual assult on our 16 year old daughter. we file a police report and take him to court again, we have him on tape saying this to us about our daughter. while in court with him he gets two bench warrents wich he gets out of. We are told we will be there when they sentence him because that is when we are aloud to speak to the judge and tell him our thoughts and feelings on the whole thing. the sentencing goes on without our knowledge and he recieves 15 days of home confinement. So, what do you think, did we recieve justice? |
