Walk on the wild side! Jennifer Aniston displays lots of cleavage in VERY low-cut snakeskin gown at the SAG Awards

Jennifer Aniston breathed the exotic the moment she stepped on the red carpet.

The 45-year-old actress and SAG nominee defied convention - and gravity too - as she glided to the 2015 Screen Actors Awards on Sunday.

Jennifer - who is up for Female Actor In A Leading Role for her dramatic turn in Cake - wore a full-length gown made of bronze snakeskin that ended in a black border around her feet and featured a daringly deep-cut neckline.

An elegant chain was all she needed to dress up that décolletage, while her famous gold-streaked tresses were styled straight with the slightest hint of undercurl to frame her face.

Deja vu: Jennifer wowed in a similarly plunging red pantsuit as she attended Critics' Choice Movie Awards in LA on January 15

Dangling earrings peeked from her locks, while her complexion glowed with a golden tint.

Of course, Jennifer's open-front gown competed with the plunging neckline she sported at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards on January 15.

At that previous event, the former Friends star banished her girl-next-door image by wearing a sexy, form-fitting red pantsuit with no top and no brassiere either.

But Jennifer had the confidence to pull that pantsuit off, and she exuded the same edge at the SAG Awards as well.

Jennifer competed against other amazing actresses in this SAG category including Julianne Moore (Still Alice), Felicity Jones (The Theory Of Everything), Reese Witherspoon (Wild) and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl).

But she seemed not at all nervous while posing for pictures with her fiancé Justin Theroux, who looked debonair in a black suit, white shirt and dark tie.

It's Jennifer's last shot this year at nabbing a big award as she was resolutely snubbed by the Oscars for her lead performance in Cake.

At long last, many critics saw Aniston fulfill potential first revealed in 2002's art-house hit The Good Girl in an even darker, more daring role in the drama Cake, in which she plays a drug-addicted woman in chronic physical and emotional pain.

That performance also earned the Friends star Golden Globe and Critics' Choice nominations, and now her performance has also garnered her a nomination for a Screen Actors Guild award.

On the day after failing to receive the Oscar nomination, 45-year-old Aniston was promoting Cake while sitting just inches away from a poster touting her 'Oscar-worthy performance.'

'Well, there's "Oscar-worthy,"' the actress said, with a grin. 'The truth is, this movie hasn't even come out yet,' she continued. 'I feel so lucky that any of that has even happened on a movie that we started shooting not even a year ago. We started April 3rd of last year. I couldn't ask for more than that. '
