The Original Licious's blog: "Walk It Out"

So, I just finished watching Pursuit of Happyness. It was a fabulous movie. It really helped me put things in perspective and made me realize that what I'm doing is truly the right thing to do. I am working 2 jobs, donating my plasma twice weekly, and picking up every single odd-job I can find. I have pawned all of my movies and everything else in my house worth something. I still come up short. This is all so I can keep my house and my kids (my pets) all the while paying off my debt from when I was a stupid teenager and my crazy, horrible ex that ran me and my bank account into the ground. It'll even out eventually and everything will be fine. It just sucks to high heaven right now... but it's worth it.

Hello CT. I was woken up at 5 am and now I can't get back to sleep. How lame is that? I've done laundry... ripped my new cd's to my computer... checked my bank account (which is entirely screwed up!)... drank a bunch of water... and now I'm blogging. How lame. I think it's all the alcohol I've been consuming. Since I joined the gym I've cut way, way back and in the last week I've gone out a lot. Bad Mandy Bad. So now what? Maybe I'll go do the dishes... lol

So... this whole gym thing. I am so sore all over!! My abs are like.. wow.. I dunno. It hurts to cough. I just gotta keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the long run. I am actually quite proud of myself for just pushing myself to go every single day, whether I fly solo or not or if I work 10 hours and have to go at 3am... However, anyone want to give me a massage? I'm achin!

Today was the first day of going to the gym. I forced myself to get out of bed close to 3 hours earlier than I have been and drove my ass to the gym. I'm tellin' ya... even walking on the treadmill for an hour really boosts your energy and seretonin levels. I was amped. Totally ready for the day and tonight- Thirsty Thursday! Gonna be another all nighter!!
