Sakhmet's blog: "Waiting to Land"

I look to the moon to light my path.. The darkness drapes over me as I walk alone down this lonely road… I came to this place in search of something.. Something maybe this time I could keep? The dim light casts shapes dancing in my view, as I continue on. I have fought for everything. Even if I lost I have won… Now I am here alone in this place. The ghosts still walk these worn roads… Now it is I that wonder among the wraiths… Everything I try and remember, it has been to slowly forget.. All I knew never was… Lies drip from tongues of loved ones.. My blood has streamed for causes not my own. At times like these all I can see, Is a strange standing in for me. I would do it all again, in the end. For all that once was, Has paved the road for what will be. Through the pain and hardships now I see. That each second I died… I became more of me. I say so long to the parts that have gone in my wake… I feel like all of sudden, I am awaking from a dream.. This dream I have dreamed for many years.. Time to brush my tears away, And take the next steps.. While the night shatters.. For the sun has awoke to crane her neck in the distance.. Good Morning

I don't care what color you are, what religion you practice, or what standards you live by. This is called tolerance or maybe I am blind. But I see no difference between the beautiful colors of this world.. I see no difference in the religions in general. And in the end you live your life not me, be at peace and live this life to the fullest. I don't believe in murder, weather for a cause, for God, or money.. I don't believe that life has to be so difficult.. I don't believe that this life is fair… I don't believe you are so much different then me… I don't believe that any religion wants blood to spill in the name of God… I can't believe God would want blood to flow in his name… I don't believe ignorance is bliss…. I believe that no matter who you are, you can make a difference… I believe people are generally good, some people choose to commit evil acts. I believe that life is full of obstacles; its how you deal with them that defines you as a person. You choose your path; don't expect the world to owe you anything; for it's us that owes' the world, in all her beauty and savage darkness. Give freely, love without bounds, and regret nothing this is your one chance, what is it you plan to do with it? Tiger~

The world shakes and shatters, Slowly slipping away.. In the moment everything fades to gray… No sunlight upon my skin... As it seems I am slipping, slipping in…. The blurry sensation, so much disorientation… I wait for I know it is to come… The moment my feet, will once again know solidity… The seconds ooze by at a snails pace, for I now know I have lost this race. The only thing I know to be true is this landing has gone estray. Tiger
