I've been taking a multi-vitamin in the morning after I eat breakfast and it makes me sick to my stomach. I have physically been ill on several occasions. I even then tried to take it later in the day - still feel queasy. I switched to a (more expensive) chewable Centrum adult vitamin and the nausea went away. I don't really wanna pay an arm and a leg for vitamins, but I could just eat more to make the pill stay in my system - what should I do? |
