I am feeling a little run down lately, so asked my doctor for a good vitamin. He said, that I must eat right and he will not give me a vitamin.
So I put myself on folic acid and omega 6.
I also eat right.

Do you think that taking vitamins is not right?
Help me make up my mind.

Should I be taking the vitamins I mentioned above even though my doctor said no vitamins?
