PanterA Rawks's blog: "HELLYEAH INFO"

created on 04/03/2007  |  http://fubar.com/hellyeah-info/b70534
The two men share more than music...hockey fans through and through, they each bet on their respective home team for the NHL's Western Conference quarterfinals; Chad (Kroeger) for the Vancouver Canucks and Vinnie (Paul) for his beloved Dallas Stars, with the winner receiving a brand spankin' new pair of cowboy boots. It's a good thing Vinnie lives in Dallas where he'll have a wide selection of boots to pick from for Chad. If he's awake yet after last night's deciding game in which Vancouver defeated Dallas 4-1 to move on to play the Anaheim Ducks in the NHL's Western Conference Semi-Finals, Vinnie is probably at his favorite bootery right now picking out a pair (one size too small) for Chad. Nickelback continues their 5xPlatinum run with "All the Right Reasons," along with what seems like a non-stop tour schedule. Vinnie and the Hellyeah boys are gearing up for their Spring "Fire It Up" tour in conjunction with their self-titled debut release that had the highest debut chart position for a new hard rock artist. HellYeah entered Billboard’s Top 200 charts at #9 and Billboard’s Rock Chart at #3, tying Korn for the highest chart position for a hard rock artist in 2007. “You Wouldn’t Know,” the first single and accompanying video from Hellyeah has shot inside the Top 10 on the Active Rock radio charts in ten weeks. Following "Fire It Up," the boys will be joining the Family Values tour as follows: * Maryland Heights, Missouri (July 20) * Somerset, Wisconsin (July 21) * Chicago (July 22) * Camden, New Jersey (July 24) * Mansfield, Massachusetts (July 27) * Bristow, Virginia (July 28) * Hartford, Connecticut (July 29) * Toronto (July 31) * Clarkston, Michigan (August 1) * Darien Center, New York (August 3) * Burgettstown, Pennsylvania (August 4) * Scranton, Pennsylvania (August 5) * Saratoga Springs, New York (August 7) * Holmdel, New Jersey (August 8) * Noblesville, Indiana (August 10) * Atlanta (August 11) * Orlando, Florida (August 12) * West Palm Beach, Florida (August 14) * Tampa, Florida (August 15) * Dallas (August 17) * Woodlands, Texas (August 18) * Selma, Texas (August 19) * Bonner Springs, Kansas (August 22) * Englewood, Colorado (August 24) * Albuquerque, New Mexico (August 25) * Phoenix (August 26) * Bakersfield, California (August 28) * Marysville, California (August 31) * Concord, California (September 1) * Irvine, California (September 2)
