What are you waiting for?
Ok, so I see, like every year, many ppl tend to become extra depressed around valentines day, even more so than other holidays, if they are single or dont have that significant other. Well, guess what? Neither do I, but I dont mind one bit. V~day, IS just another day. But it is also a day that should be counted and you should be thankful for as a great day you get to be alive. This life is a gift, and shouldnt be taken for granted.
Do you have food and clothing and a roof over your head? Do you have your health and a job? (already one step ahead of me on that one). Then you are already more wealthy than 80% of the worlds population. Count your blessings.
Look at those 50 souls who just lost their lives in that fiery plane crash, just 20 miles from my house. Those ppls chances in this life are OVER. YOU are ALIVE. Now the families and friends of these ppl dont have these loved ones around any more. So remember that and be thankful for your family on this day, rather than focusing on not having a bf/gf, wife or husband. You dont NEED to be in a relationship or have that 'someone special' in order to feel complete or happy. I know most ppl want to find 'true love' but you cant look to someone else to have that wholeness or happiness. If you cant find it as an individual, you are not going to find it as a couple with somebody.
