Finished the Boise IronMan last night, what an awesome event!!!

OK, house is clean enough, bought my bottle of Pendleton and now I'm ready to go out!

Never did make it out tonight, instead I did laundry and cleaned house.....Can you say LOOOOOSER!!!!!!!!

Friday...Hmm. Ok well I guess I'm feeling like I can go out and have fun. I mean Hell it's been 7 weeks since my life got nuked. Have to start rebuilding some time.

back home...coach doesnt want me to run the race to Robie Creek? WTF
