To paraphrase a quote from one of my favorite movies, Crap just got real. Real for me was the 26th of August when I had a heart attack. Real was being rushed into surgery to have a stint inserted. Real is facing the fact that things need to change. Real is quitting smoking and slowly working to changing eating habits. Real is to try and lose weight, tough in a wheel chair but it had to be done. How much more real can it get? I don't want to even thing of those options.
