now in the boring part of my fall sitting in a semi waiting for a load of grain hit me up in my sb keep me busy thanks all

well I can say that I am now cleared to use my arm carefully and I went a played some slowpitch softball last night and did not to bad for not playing for over a month

what a great day started the day playing paintball ended it early with a broken collar bone
