Made homemade chili tonight, was great!

Retirement sucks, been retired for just over 2 years and now I'm going back to work. Thanks to Sleepy Joe I can't afford being retired anymore.

2024 sucks but not as bad as 2023

Cold as hell out, -20 and only going to get colder. Wish it were spring already!

Started new therapy on my back today, something called dry needling. Very interesting therapy something like acupuncture. Felt pretty good!
