What is there to say? I'm a decent human being with moments of extremist behavior, spontaneous gestures of kindness, have a very dry sense of humor & a very real sense of who I am as well as most everyone else around me. I'm a musician, although I've worn many, many hats ... performed in AZ, Vegas, San Diego, Hollywood, TX, LA, VA, Japan and on the beautiful island of O'ahu! I'm a spiritualist and love quoting Deepak Chopra and Einstein. I believe firmly in the powers of the earth and that these elements are merely a glimpse of a much larger design. I believe if you've never had a divine experience you've had your eyes shut for way too long. My son is PDD/NOS so I've been doing biomedical research as it is associated with Autism for almost 3 yrs. I do believe firmly in the effectiveness of the GFCF diet and the benefits of nutrition as a means of recovery. I'm returning to fitness instruction. I'm a gypsy ... have a very hard time staying still and I love having been born this way. I believe if you've never ventured out of the state in which you were born too often people make the mistake of believing how they think is the norm. This is never true. There is so much to be learned from other cultures and points of view. I believe the world is a beautiful place that you can only have a true opinion on if you've actually experienced it.
