What's there to say about me??

I love to have fun . . . and I can make a joke out of anything. I grew up as somewhat a tomboy, so my humor is sometimes on the more masculine grotesque side (but I think its funny all the same -- and who the hell else matters, right?) LOL

Why I'm on here??

I love people! I love to sit around for hours and have great conversation. I'm about to be completely on my own after years of companionship -- and I don't feel that I currently have the support system that I'm going to need to make it through. I need friends -- true "hold me tighly while I cry on your shoulder and punch you in the arm" friends. Still trying to make it through the divorce process, so love is not really a goal for me right now (even though I am aware that this too is a real weak point of mine)! I'm taking time, for the first time in my life ... to focus on me. To possibly spoil myself ... and in the end maybe truely discover who I am!

Cyber Sexxx??

Please don't even try! I'm frustrated and irritated by all the people (men and women) on this site who think that cybering is the only reason that someone could possibly be here. With all do respect ... I like the real McCoy! If I want something I'm going to get it (and not just in words on a screen). So what, I'm divorcing and lonely -- if I get that hard up I don't need anyone to take care of me ... I'm not afraid to click my own mouse! lol

Friends??

So far on my list, I have almost 1000 friends ... but that is not what I'm looking for either, because out of that thousand -- I can count on my fingers how many actually want to get to know me and have an actual friendship. It saddens me that there are so few!! Good friends are hard to find ... and someone tried to convince me that I would never find any on here ... I am hell bent on proving them wrong!! So far I have, but wish it was on a larger scale!!
