I am 27 and I have a small family. I live in a nice little town. I like to keepp in shape, and no "round" is not the shape I was thinking about. I really want o loose about 20 to 25 pounds before June. And I think I make realistic goals for me and others around me. I like to set my goals high. It gives me more to try of.
