We would like to offer our solidarity and support to PFC Bradley Manning and Julian Assange. Bradley Manning is the US Army soldier that bravely leaked the truth of the terrible corruption of the US and other world governments. Julian Assange is the courageous journalist that published them, choosing truth over personal safety. We have watched the pre-trial hearings which by all accounts, thus far, appear to be a laughable excuse of a trial and an embarrassing example of the American Judaical process. The hearings seems more of a circus if you will. Anonymous stands for the free flow of information to all citizens of the world. Anonymous will not stand by and tolerate censorship or injustice.

-ISHAQI MASSACRE WHERE US TROOPS BOUND AND TIED 11 OCCUPANTS INCLUDING WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND EXECUTED THEM AND THEN ORDERED AN AIRSTRIKE ON THE HOUSE TO COVER UP THEIR CRIMES

Some of the things the Iraqi War Logs leaked:
-15,000 Iraqi deaths that were previously unrecorded
-US authorities failed to investigate hundreds of reports of abuse, torture, rape and even murder by Iraqi police and soldiers whose conduct appears to be systematic and normally unpunished.
-A US helicopter gunship (Crazyhorse 18) involved in a notorious Baghdad incident killed Iraqi insurgents after they tried to surrender. The suspected insurgents had been trying to surrender but a lawyer back at base told the pilots: “You cannot surrender to an aircraft.â€Â
-An Apache helicopter, callsign Crazyhorse 18 in July, mistakenly killed two Reuters employees and wounded two children in the streets of Baghdad. (Collateral Murder)

The above information should not have been kept secret and whistle blowers should not be persecuted. Bradley Manning’s next hearing is June 6-8 at Fort Meade, Maryland. While Julian Assange will find out the decision of his extradition on May 30th. On the 6th of June support them any way you can. Whether its freeing information from websites, shutting down websites, physically protesting at Fort Meade or spreading awareness via blogs, twitter or facebook. DO NOT BE SILENT.

This is the formal press-release for Operation Books-4-Jeremy dated 6/11/2012.

Jeremy Hammond, as most of you know, is an original member of LulzSec, AntiSec and Anonymous. He is a self-described "communist anarchist" and a "hacktivist" who sought to promote causes but never for profit. Freehammond.com, describes Hammond as "one of the few true electronic Robin Hoods." Jeremy is accused of using his computer savvy to attack conservative groups and State operators and is being charged with providing Wikileaks the documents for their latest Stratfor release. He is currently being held at Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York and has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. His next court date is July 23.

The whole goal of this op is to earn money to buy him some books while he awaits the verdict of his trial which could take some time. It's important to understand that there are already fund raisers for Jeremy's defense fund but in some of his letters Jeremy has specifically expressed his frustration with the kinds of mainstream media propaganda Internet print offs that people are sending him and he wants something real to read. Jeremy has very few comforts where he is being held. It would mean the world to him if we could send some books for him to read. In accordance with Metropolitan Correctional Center policy, any books sent to Jeremy must be mailed directly from the publisher or retailer. In support of Jeremy, we have had a car decal made of a POW/MIA image created to show solidarity with anons being prosecuted. If you would like to show your support please consider purchasing these items. All proceeds will go towards buying books for Jeremy.
