Thank you to all the military out there especially the Navy.. Yesterday a fellow Navy man was late to rest my great uncle he did not die in battle but lost the battle of life.. He was a great man who loved his country and for many years of his life served his county.. He was still involved with the veterns of our great country an without him and all of you we would not have the freedoms we have today... So thank you and god bless you all.....
You stay up for 16 hours. We stay up for days on end..
You take warm showers to help you wake up. We go weeks without running water.
You complain of a headache and call in sick. We get shot at as others are hit and we keep moving foward.
You talk about your buddies that aren't with you anymore. We know we may never see any of ours ever again.
You complain about how hot it is. We wear our heavy gear not daring to take off our helments to wipe our forehead.
You get mad at the waiter for getting your order wrong. We dont get to eat today.
You're mad that your class got held 5 minutes over. We're told we will be held over an extra 2 month.
You roll your eyes when your babies cries. He gets a letter with pictures of his new baby and wonders if they'll ever meet..
Every day we sit and worry about the little things when daily our soliders are out sacraficing their lives for our freedom. So the next time you start getting upset about something small stop and think about what you have that someone else doesn't... Support our Troops today, tomorrow and always..
