The name is Tim. I'm recently arrived at the ripe old age of 27. I have worked over 4 years with people with a vast array of developmental disabilities. I go to school full-time where I will graduate with my AA degree this December. My ultimate aim is to be a novelist, writing has been my passion for untold years. I am a complex individual whom I'd like to think you'll value knowing if you choose to do so.

The origins of my username refer to what I believe we all undergo daily....a careful corruption. We do not become the way we are in a moment...it's a slow corrosion that we withstand for some time before what is sacred is sacrificed. Our tainted culture, the threats that face our crumbling world, betrayal from even those closest to us, general malaise...it all combines to create a cocktail of fear, rage, and disconnect that culminates in the corruption of oneself.

My top friends and family display some of the people I've grown closest to on Fubar. It by no means represents all the people that mean something or who have impacted me. It is simply a list that highlights and pays tribute to some of my dearest here. it also is a convenient tool for me to have easy access to those I talk to most frequently. The order is insignificant; so much worth is placed upon where you rank here and elsewhere in life. I shun that concept and simply embrace these dear people for what they are and what they are not. Everyone I have connected with knows their worth to me is not measured by nor expressed through a number.
