Hi! Thought I'd give this place another shot after a small absence. Just looking for cool people for cool conversation ONLY. Please, I am not on here to hook up or be abused verbally by anyone...also please don't get me involved in any drama or bullshit. And please don't ask me to cam...I think it's tacky and rude. I promise to give you the same respect you give me. Honestly, I am just too old to play in the Devil's sandbox with insecure or mean children. And besides, this should be a fun place to hang out every once in awhile, share some good stories or give positive advice and encouragement to those that appreciate the gifts each of us have to offer.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by my page and I will do my best to show my appreciation to anyone who brightens my day. Peace!

So many great artists out there...too hard to narrow it down to favorites anymore. My taste is eclectic and ranges from soul to hard rock, classical to country. A few of my all time staples to get me in a good mood or tickle my fancy would be Kravitz, Tom Petty, Etta James, John Coltrane, Bonnie Raitt, Norah Jones, Journey, Zeplin, Stones, Rob Zombie, John Denver (yes indeedy), The Sugar Cubes, and learning to appreciate trip hop bands also.

My best friend of 31 years, Sheri, who passed away on July 15, 2007. Truly the most amazing person I have ever known. I don't just say that because she was my oldest and best girlfriend, but I say that honestly and with pure respect. 8 years prior to her passing, she was diagnosed with breast cancer (she was 29). She beat that easily, but 6 months afterward, she had full-blown stage 4 liver cancer-inoperable. They gave her 3-6 months at best. Her husband at the time couldn't handle the cancer so he divorced her. But due to her enduring strength, she made sure that her 8yr old son would not grow up without her. She accomplished another 7 1/2yrs of life astonishing all medical professionals, family, friends and anyone who met her. My girl always had a smile on her face and never once let on how much pain she was in. 3 months before Jason's 16th birthday she finally was called home to God. She gave a hell of a fight and taught all of us a very simple and humbling lesson...What The Mind Believes, The Body Achieves. Rest in peace baby girl.
