Anyone willing to lay down their own life to protect the rights, lives, and freedoms of strangers is an idol in my book. This includes people like THE TROOPS, firefighters, police officers, etc.

I also admire people who are willing to take the day to day crap their jobs demand so that our children can have a decent education. It pisses me off that sports figures are paid hundreds of times the amount of money that teachers are being paid...and sports figures are just PLAYING A GAME! Teachers are helping to ensure the continued survival of our country. Thank you teachers! You are SO underappreciated!!
