I'm a music fanatic and appreciate all sorts of genres. I love to sing and express myself musically. Nashville Star look out! I get my "fix" by hanging out with my karaoke pals at 1 of 4 local karaoke pubs. I'm always up for hearing new material and listening to artists whom I've never heard. I want so passionately to be able to make a living in the music field. I do however, realize that it's more of a matter of who ya know and not what ya know. Ya know?

Ok I spose it's time to divulge some info about myself. Where to start??? I'm a Texas transplant to Chicago. Been here for 3 years or so. I'm a single mother. I work two jobs. I'm independent, stubborn, affectionate, witty, sarcastic and often find that my self-edit button sometimes doesn't properly function. I was raised to respect others and help those in need no matter what my personal situation. Family is VERY important to me and I'm very close with mine.
I can get along with just about everyone and am very laid back in my outlook on life. I've recently buried 5 family members and have realized through my losses that life is just too short to get caught up on the small, trivial stuff. I fight to the end for what I believe to be right but choose my battles carefully.
