But Can He Dunk?: Kelly is often described as the Michael Jordan of surfing. Like, no pressure or anything.

Why He's a Crush Icon: At the age ripe old age of 20, Kelly was crowned world champion, the youngest surfer ever to hold the title. He's since won six world championships total (the most by anyone, ever), has a sick five-year endorsement deal with the surf apparel manufacturer Quiksilver, and -- how's this for beach bragging rights? -- he used to date everyone's favorite Baywatch babe, Pamela Anderson.

Watch Out, Justin Timberlake: That sandy hair, those aquamarine eyes…no wonder Kelly was named one of People magazine's 50 most beautiful people in 1992. He's even done mall appearances that rival the chaotic, hormonal scream-fests usually reserved for pop stars -- or at least Carson Daly. (Think 3,000 crying Australian teenage girls crammed in a food court desperately trying to catch a glimpse of his tan line.)
