My name is Scotty B. I'm thirty-seven years old, and I'm currently back in college taking my Bachelors in Medical Science. My main occupational trades are: Computer System Repair and Professional Automobile Sales Consultant.

I was born in Tennessee, and stayed there until age four, and have been residing in Georgia ever since.

Although my passion is writing, poetry, and inventing new inspirational/philosophical statements, I love exploring new areas of study. I firmly believe, that one can never get enough education to solidify their foundation.

Scotty’s Silent Walk of Vigilance

At times during my life’s walk here on earth, I often silently walk within the vigilance of my minds in-depth-thoughts to travel to distant heartfelt promise lands. To the readers of this narrative, my form of thinking may be somewhat riddled, confusing, and even may make one feel distraught.

Life, I stated to myself as I awakened that Sunday blissful morning. With weary sleepy eyes, I rested on my half erect arms positioned behind me on the bed. I slowly challenged myself to budge at all. Suddenly I mustarded the strength and arose with vigor. The sunshine gleamed through my bedroom window blinds with a force of calming intervention and one to reckon with. I silently reached into my inward chambers of life to grasp vigilance of this aspiring awe with meaning and vivid perception.

A distraction alerts thee, like a sound of a multitude of angel wings, as in a thumping windmill distortion. Two white doves I see, hovering in the air at my window. I walk in silence yet again unto this beautiful sight of a more than welcomed delight. In my mind’s eye, I reflect to inhibit, to behold such artistic creation. I begin to float as in spirit unto thy window of hope to adhere, to strengthen, to gather, to silently escape in the midst thereof.

I say to myself while I’m awake, is this a dream or real? As I reach the bedroom window, I imagine floating into the precipice of this dove-atoned-realm in search of authentication of realism, seeking silence as a desperate lost jewel, in comparison with the mother earth floating, surrounded and engulfed by complete darkness, a rare silent jewel that permits all life to enjoy –that often goes amiss.

My thinking and your (the readers) thinking may differ of course. In reality to my visional purpose of vigilance here, is to inspire one not to go astray from everyday heartfelt moments through our walk on earth. We all need to apply the brakes in our busy rat-race-lives to understand the vigilant meaning of true life.

Succumbing to the virtue of patience is one tool of mine in capturing an astounding event in one’s life. So pay close attention to our gifted creation before the goodness of true living passes you by. Become vigilant with me and focus on a more real tomorrow, that contains a more lucrative and attentive response to the cycle of life itself.
