Well its been 3 weeks since my ex up and dissappeared, for those of you that haven't read my previous blog about my ex dissappearing, he up and left a little over 3 weeks ago because he's in trouble and knows it, he got ahold of his dad's belongings and sold them and stole some of his dad's checks and was forging his dads name so he had money. His dad pressed charges against him. Well he had showed up at my house, which was against his no contact order (not suppose to come within 100 feet of me or my home).
Anyways...like i said its been 3 weeks now, the end of next week will be 4 weeks, i've gotten the paper work from the court house to file for Full Soul custody (legal and physica); I'm gonna find an attorney that i can sit down and go over the paper work to make sure its all legal like; then i have to put an ad in the newpaper for 20 days because i dont know where he's at...
So i'm hoping he doesn't read the newspaper so that i win by default...Even if he did respond i don't think a judge would leave it the way it is since he ran out on his responsabilties for his daughter, and for the pending charges against him.
Man this is all so frustrating and confusing...For the past two years all i've wanted was to be able to move away from here and go back up where my family is (about 500 miles north of where i'm at) but i dont know what to do....grrrrrr....
So much to decide, but i will take it one day at a time; work on getting custody first then go from there..
Ok i'm done for now lol, feel better now that i let that out (well a little bit anyways).
