Dreamer's blog: "Ugly"

To some, I am a charmer, a lover, a casanova. To others, I am a backstabber, a deceiver, a façade. But over all I like to be considered as a friend. I see a world much different than others do, and I believe that is a crime I live with. I try to help others see a world through my eyes, and yet I do not take the time to see through theirs. I like to believe I help see the beauty within people, and know that they are wanted by someone. However the world plays the screen of illusion over our windows to the soul, and we see something we want. We reach out. We grab for it. It dissolves or it becomes part of us. And we hold on to that solidness as long as we could and hope that it does not melt in our arms. Who I am: I am a dreamer. I dream of a world without fear and with love. I see the world in a dark and stormy place, and yet I help others see that light of hope they search for; hoping someday I might find it. You will give me words of trust and encouragement, but these words are through your eyes. I must find it in mine someday, but let allow me to help you find yours. I will drift as a dream in this world. Hoping someday, my dream will come.

Ladies, what is ugly? I was online today, and I was talking in a chatroom, and a young girl was talking on how ugly and fat she is because others said she was. Everyone in that chatroom was trying to convince her that she was not ugly, and even I mentioned that people should never judge anyone by just their looks, but by their actions. Beauty, I told her, comes from the heart, and does not need to shown physically. The girl ignored everyone, and left that fact that she was fat and ugly. So, I left the computer to eat some dinner with my friends, and sadly enough they never showed. But I sat there, by myself, and thought why is it people can be so judgemental on others. And thinking some more I pulled out a napkin and my pen and wrote this down: What is ugly? I don't want the Prom Queen, because every guy wants the Prom Queen. I don't want the Popular Slut on the street, because every guy wants to get a piece of the Popular Slut on the street. I don't want the best looking girl, because every guy wants the best looking girl. Beauty should never only be looked from the outside, it should matter what is inside the heart. I don't need my girlfriend to wear all that MakeUp, I don't need her to show off her ASS or her cleavage. She is not too fat, She is not too thin. She shines her beauty from her actions towards others. I lover her for who she is, not just from her looks. I love her and she loves me... and that is beautiful So ladies, do not think you are fat and ugly becasue others say you are. Be proud of who you are and what you do. Sooner or later, you will find that person who will love you for your heart. If you know any friends that are going through this, maybe pass this to them and hopefully it would help them to know that there are some kind hearts in this world.
