Well today went very well, I think I actually got my point acrossed to one manger ( the one that was closly involved) I finally got her to admit that there was a problem and it was not on my end. I actually heard her talking to the CEO and telling him that some one was causing problems for no reason, and they needed to look in to things a bit more.
I wish I could ask my staff to write letters on my behalf , but what good would it do, just take me to a place I don't want to go. I feel that my work and dedication to my job should speak for its self and if one person and thier games can make someone not see what i do, then thier just not gonna see it. I know that I have alot of staff that stand behind me and I greatly appreciate them, but I do not want them to do any thing they may regret later.
I put out alot of evidence toady proved my point and showed them things that even a blindman couldnt dismiss, so lets see how things go over the next few days, cause if they go anything like they did today, I will come out on top with out bringing myself down to play a dirty game with really no winners.
