Just read a derogatory comment about our military and our wifes. If you have something negitive to say then dont say it at all. If you have something positive to say or want to send a shout out to those serving then post it here. I did my time in Iraq and will go back again when asked with no hesitations. I am proud of our country and my CORPS! Semper Fi!
This is our replay to the comment about the military and the wives.
Before you talk about things you don't know about, you need to get your facts straight. I speak for a great number of Military wives. You don't know what is like to sit at home not knowing if your husband is alive or dead. Yes we do have it hard, I have never said my life was harder than anyone elses. My life is no harder than thousands of other wives who watch their husbands go off to work every day not knowing if he will come home or not. The Wives of Police Officers and Fire Fighters do it every day. I don't see any comments about them. We spend holidays, birthdays and anniversuaries alone. I have never heard one wife ask anyone to feel sorry for her. Also for the record if I could have gone to Iraq with my husband I would have. As for the comment all "military wives are uneduciated, baby making whores". Let me just say, I do have a degree. I also have only 1 child that I raised without anyones help. Most military wifes raise their families alone because our husbands are off defending your right to be stupid and ignorant. As for the whore comment, That tells me alot about your charector and about how you were raised. It seams to me you should have been tought better by your parents. You have no respect for others and are obviously lashing out at others for your inseceurities and whorish ways, we know who the tramp is.
The SARGENTS point of view:
Maybe you should of been in the World Trade Center when they were blown up, I have my reason for war, or have you forgotten! Do you even know what the World Trade Center was? I think we should send you to Afghanistan and Iraq and see how long you would last when you get shot at everyday. Then come back and tell me I could get killed going to the mall or nail salon. You haven't seen your husband on the news during a firefight. You have never seen Marines getting blown apart in battle, so how can you say that your husband is at the same risk level as our military. What makes you think that you are better than us on any level interlectually or any other level,i.e physical. You dont even have a degree, so why are you even talking about us being un-educated breeders. Why dont you go to the USMC website and find out how many Marines are taking college courses, and have bacholer and masters degrees, Its around 80% last time I checked and that was 5 years ago. I am sure its even higher now.
