well i have been sick for about two weeks now..asthmatic bronchitis and pluerisy..very painful through my left shoulder and arm. i am taking meds and resting but all this time on my hands and feeling down anyway has got me missing my son (more than usual)... plus it is my favorite time of year and halloween was me and my sons favorite holiday. we had so much fun as he was growing up especially during halloween. i have read several blogs and mumms where people were actually asking if they should take their kids trick-or-treating or do something else...my response has been the same to all...enjoy your kids while they are young because one day they will be grown and gone. it is then that you look back and have regrets on what i should have done or what i could have done. too many people complaining about their kids driving them crazy, taking all their time, blah, blah, blah...they should be greatful they have their kids around..i know i wish my son were here and not florida but he is in the airforce and is doing what he needs to take care of his wife and two little girls..lexi=3 and molly=9mths. my son is 20 and i would love for him to be little again..it was precious and i miss him being around. with that said i guess i am done...happy halloween to all of you and may you celebrate this holiday and all the rest with your kids whether they are grown or little...peace.
