Twisted Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1/2 medium red onion diced
- 3 jalapeno chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Don Eduardo Silver Tequila
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peel and seed avocado, mash in a bowl with fork. Add ingredients, mash to mix.
