2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. steak sauce or 1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in 2 quart bowl. Divide mixture in half and shape into two loaves. Arrange loaves in a 9 x 6 inch utility dish and coat the top and sides with ketchup and Worcestershire or steak sauce. Microwave on high 20 to 25 minutes. (Cover after 10 minutes cooking time.)
