Isn't it time that peopel should be true to who they are instead of trying to hide behind masks and subterfuge...before one can judge the height of heaven one must first realise the truth about who they are..but what if you don't know who you are then what...well i say this to you here is a little exercise that has worked for me...once a week i used to take a pen and choose an emotion..i.e lets say anger....s thats an easy one...what makes you angery..make a list of the things that incite you to anger..you will be suprised of the answers you get..but be honest with yourself...
becasue if you cannot be honest with yourself then how can you be honest with a loved one or with the Creator for believe me when i say this the Creator..knows all....
well i leave to these ponderings of a man who is trying to make a difference in a world that doesn't seem to care.
