White Otter Lake
A striking young beauty
Eye's simmered like gold
A spirited creature
As the story is told
She could use a man solely
No matter the stake
Then her eye caught a hold
The man from White Otter Lake
She wanted a castle
A place to call home
So he got to it quickly
So she wouldn't roam
From day to weeks to months
Then turned to years
As the house slowly built
So did his fears
Tirelessly, he did work
A labour of love
Brought supplies with his boat
No help to speak of
No sooner was it
That the house was complete
When another love came to her
He knew he was beat
All alone in his castle
On White Otter Lake
And in all of it's grandeur
His epitaph it did make
