i was getting a briefing from the 1st sgt today the usuall safety blah but he said something that sticks out. you all would roll out the red carpet, spread your legs, and open up your homes if a movie star rolled up. but when the real stars and the real american heros roll up you shun us away the real heros are me and my fellow brothers in arms. there was a sgt in iraq who gave his life to save that of a little forigen girl, he left a family of five, soon to be six. and you call all these actors who play heros on tv the heros. to me the american soldier is the real american hero.. so next time a soldier comes in your prescence treat him like a star cause he is the only true one left in the world
