TISKELION CODE OF CONDUCT

T - Treat others as you would have others treat you.
R - Rise to defend the name and honor of the Fraternity whenever it is unjustly criticized.
I - Inform and orient your fellow brothers in all matters, which you consider vital to the Fraternity.
S - Salute and respect your fellow brothers in the proper manner.
K - Keep decorum in all Fraternity meetings and act accordingly inside and outside of the Fraternity.
E - Excel in your chosen field of interest and endeavor.
L - Live a life of modesty and moderation. Avoid gluttony, drunkenness and other vices lest, you forget God, country, family, health, studies, work and the Fraternity.
I - In your everyday life take care of what you write and say. Avoid misinterpretation and lasting misunderstanding.
O - Obey all Fraternity rules and regulations and be guided by the TENETS and CODE OF CONDUCT of the Fraternity.
N - Never reveal to anyone not to your friends nor to your family the concerns of the Fraternity.

TRISKELION TENETS

The Tau Gamma Phi is the Triskelion Grand Fraternity, my Fraternity and the Supreme Fraternity.
Primum nil nocere. First of all, do not harm. Let alone, in defense of oneself; for whatever cause man has come into being; for whatever reason he exists; to wherever he is destined; keen to all living creatures around him: Man is brother unto man.
De gustibus non disputandum est. Of likes and dislikes, there should be no disputing. Live and let live.
Preserve yourself: Brain, brawn and blood.
Brothers I shall love and respect their counsel I shall heed.
_____________ is my Alma Mater, to cherish and to honor and by its rules and regulations be governed and guided.
The Grand Triskelion is righteous, just and strong. He shall be obeyed.
A Triskelion is a brother unto his fellow Triskelion.

TRISKELION

What is a TRISKELION? That is the question every member of the Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma must ask. They must not be contented with just a dictionary definition of it. A much deeper search is required to gain the knowledge and appreciation of it because for lack of knowledge the people perish.
The word “Triskelion” comes from the Greek word “triskeles” which means three-legs. It is a design, usually a symbol, consisting of three curved branches or three bent legs or arms radiating from a center. However, when you change the “i” after the “l” to “y”, the whole meaning changes. From a mere symbol, Triskelion, now becomes the very substance of our being and the essence of our existence. It tells us who we really are and it gives us our purpose and passion in life.
TRISKELYON. Yes, this is the name that should identify us. For in this name we find eternal security. There are four things we should understand in the name TRISKELYON.
First, TRI - Three: The Trinity. For there are three that bear record in heaven, the FATHER, the WORD, and the HOLY GHOST; and these three are one (1 John 5:7).
Second, S - Savior: This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15). For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, specially of those that believe (1 Timothy 4:10).
Third, K - King: That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: Which in his times he shall shew who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen (1 Timothy 6:14-16).
Fourth - Elyon: Is the Hebrew word translated “MOST HIGH GOD.” It is the title that shows God to be The Mighty One, First Cause of everything. The Possessor of the heavens and the earth.
Thus, we have a Name above every other name. Let us start believing and start living that we are God’s people.
