I‘m sick, I‘m tired -- Earth awaits
Embracing me – no fear, no hate.
Like clouds above the crowds of heads
So soft as pillows on the beds
The darkness landing all around
My feet are touching solid ground
I go or stay? I say or go?
That‘s all I want to finally know
No matter fears, no matter dreams
Life goes along it really seems
That I alone and only care
For things in life that are so dear
Don‘t search for clues – there are no such
Don‘t mention bues, I care for touch
Let hope begin, let sun come free
My major sin, YOU always be
PS Don‘t search for explanations, really. Thanks for reading. Yes, that was purely my creation.

I have the feeling now that not your hands
but flowers touch me.
What a peal of spring dawns when you are beside me!
The spirit dons the gentleness of meadows,
the body makes no effort to resist it.
And wholly pure are water, bread and fire.
Let us speak softly or lapse into silence
and just with glances grow an upright tree
with rustling leaves of tender love and truth.
The birds fly home, and I now also fly
across the azure of your loving eyes
repeating vaguely only these few words:
The gods we sought to please let us forget.
The offerings we made let us remember.

I AM THE ONE WHO'LL BE THE EXCEPTION
Stolen, again, from Girlish K
I am the one who'll be the exception.
It seems to me I can avoid disease.
Try shooting at me
You are sure to miss.
Try pushing me over a precipice
I don't know now,
But I am certain somehow
To find a chance support and cling to it.
I am the one who'll be the exception.
Imposing, free-born, youthful, strong
I'll roam the country far and wide, and everyone
I'll choose to love shall love me too.
My foes will never trick me into wrong,
My friends will always be sincere and true.
I am the one who'll be the exception.
With beaming smiles I'll greet all folks
And they'll smile back,
They all shall see
I am the one without an equal,
A person you cannot ignore that's me!
No death awaits me on my way and no deception.
I am the one who'll be the exception.
What are you smiling at, my friend?
I guess you think we two are birds of a feather?
That's not surprising we both are young
And by the magic spell of youth are bound together.

THE URGE TO LIVE
The urge to live is an ocean.
The lunar force which hauls flooding and ebbing.
Speed of sunlight which goes right through the brain.
Love and sex alike are each only a small part of that overall urge.
The urge to create. The urge to love and to hate. The urge to exist.
To exist as world, as universe, as an ant or H2O molecule.
The urge to live of those who really are alive is the urge to take in
more than has been allotted.

To live is to long for eternity,
to plant a tree to pave the way
to another world
which is in us
to drink up love to the last drop
so to halt the fleeting moment
to bear a child under your heart
so to prolong your longing
up on a sky-high
silvery lily
to climb to a star
and there
in the infinite
to leave your footprints
as a sign
that we're bigger than ants.
