I was recently diagnosed with a herniated L4-L5 disc. Waiting on pain management, but so far the doctor seems to want to wait and see if it goes back on its own. On the other hand, a friend who is a chiropractor says fuck the shots n stuff, go to a chiro. So my question is, who has had experience with this in the past and what worked best for you?
